Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Elmwood

Restore Hyper Wellness, an award-winning innovator in the health industry, offers services like IV drips, sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light, and cryotherapy under one roof. With over 200 locations nationwide, our mission is to make Hyper Wellness accessible, affordable, and enjoyable for all.

Position Details:

  • Pay: $18-20/hr + monthly performance bonuses
  • Status: Part-Time
  • Schedule: 3 days/week

Role Overview:

We seek positive, energetic individuals passionate about wellness to join our Elmwood team. Responsibilities include greeting clients, guiding them through their wellness journey, promoting memberships, administering services, and supporting daily operations and customer retention.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Preferred: 1+ years sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and proactive
  • Intermediate computer skills
