Job summary

Planet Fitness in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will greet members and guests, answer phones, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.

The position offers a 2p-10p shift, a $1 premium for overnight hours, and benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, and a supportive work environment. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service and make them feel welcomed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give tours of the club, sign up new members, and log amenities/billing issues.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.

As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• The customer service representative will greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make members feel comfortable and welcomed!

• The customer service representative will check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
