Job summary

Planet Fitness in Oak Park, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Part-Time member of staff. You will provide superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering phones, guiding tours, signing up new members, logging amenities and addressing billing issues, while maintaining the cleanliness of the club and delivering timely responses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Regular standing and walking during your shift.
• Frequent talking to members and potential members.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The customer service representative will greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making members feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in members, provide club tours, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates or billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
