South Suburban Park and Recreation District is seeking a polite, professional Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) to support daily operations across our facilities. The role involves answering inquiries in person, by phone or email, processing registrations and sales, and ensuring that facility rules and safety standards are followed.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a friendly, multi-tasking approach.

Qualifications

• Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• AED/CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Experience assisting the public, record keeping and/or handling money.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to the public by phone, email, or in person.
• Complete point of sale transactions and process registrations.
• Handle group reservations, passes and admissions, while following safety standards.
