Buchheit Inc. is seeking an energetic Part-Time Customer Service Supervisor to assist the Customer Service Manager in leading the Retail Store team in Herculaneum, MO. The role supports service standards, policies, and day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The position requires prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule and basic cash handling duties are included.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing customer service policies and communicate standards.
• Direct the daily operations of the customer service team in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.
• Review customer complaints, track resolution, and handle escalations.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
• Coordinate with management to support and implement growth strategies.
• Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives.
• Ensure budget requirements are met.
• Evaluate and performance manage staff.
• Identify and address staff training and coaching needs.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits for financial institution.
• Basic accounting functions.
• Additional duties, as assigned.
