Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine needs, and recommend merchandise.
• Advise on usage and care of merchandise as needed.
• Answer customer questions promptly and politely.
• Stock and recover merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and store displays.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Ensure signage is correct in the department.
• Use computer to check prices and inventories, assist with inventory prep.
• Create special orders as needed.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with cart collection from outside.
• Additional duties as assigned.
