Job summary

Knighted is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Gaming Associate for California locations. You will audit live casino games, perform rapid mental math, and maintain accuracy under pressure while delivering excellent guest experiences. No casino experience is required, and paid training is provided.

Shifts run 12pm–5pm with 4–5 days per week and weekend availability. The role offers 20–25 hour schedules, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and growth opportunities within a growing California gaming provider.

Qualifications

• Proficient in mental math (addition, multiplication, division and subtraction)

Responsibilities

• Monitor live casino table games accurately and consistently
• Correct dealer directly when a rule or procedure is broken
• Perform rapid mental math to calculate payouts, wagers, and bet verification
• Memorize rules, payout structures, and game procedures for each game you’re certified on
• Manage chips at the table (stacking, sorting, passing)
• Reconcile table banks and chip inventory
• Maintain accuracy under pressure while delivering excellent guest experience
• Maintain your state gaming license

Part-Time Customer Service Gaming Associate

Lotus, CA | Part-Time | $20-22/hour | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Role

If you enjoy learning and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you. You'll audit live casino games using strong mental math, memorization, and attention to detail - perfect for candidates with tutoring, teaching, accounting, cashiering, or other numbers-heavy experience. Our Part-Time roles offer paid training and do not require any casino experience.

• Training Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 12pm–6pm.
• Shifts: 12pm-5pm, 4-5 days a week
• Weekend Requirements: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand at a gaming table for 3–4 hours at a time
• Able to use hands and fingers in a dexterous manner (rotating wrists, grabbing, pulling, pushing, pinching, tapping)
• Able to lift 5–10 pounds for chip management and bank reconciliation (varies by location)
• Able to see, speak, and hear clearly during gameplay
• Necessary vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
• Comfortable with direct communication and giving corrections when needed
• Able to stay focused and manage stress effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
