Knighted Ventures in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Gaming Associate to monitor live casino games with accuracy, perform rapid mental math for payouts, and ensure correct procedures are followed. You’ll handle chips, reconcile table banks, and maintain guest satisfaction while upholding licensing requirements.

The role offers paid training, flexible 20-25 hour schedules, and a $1,000 signing bonus.

Part-Time Customer Service Gaming Associate

Rancho Cordova, CA | Part-Time | $20-22/hour | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Role

If you enjoy learning and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you. You'll audit live casino games using strong mental math, memorization, and attention to detail - perfect for candidates with tutoring, teaching, accounting, cashiering, or other numbers-heavy experience. Our Part-Time roles offer paid training and do not require any casino experience.

• Training Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 12pm–6pm.
• Shifts: 7:40pm - 1:00am, 4-5 days a week
• Weekend Requirements: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required.

What You'll Do

• Monitor live casino table games accurately and consistently

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand at a gaming table for 3–4 hours at a time
• Able to use hands and fingers in a dexterous manner (rotating wrists, grabbing, pulling, pushing, pinching, tapping)
• Able to lift 5–10 pounds for chip management and bank reconciliation (varies by location)
• Able to see, speak, and hear clearly during gameplay
• Necessary vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
• Comfortable with direct communication and giving corrections when needed
• Able to stay focused and manage stress effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
