Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and support store operations across departments as needed.

Role emphasizes friendly service, basic math, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible schedules and bilingual skills are valued at Lowe's.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform varied duties.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted (or more with assistance).

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise on shelves and replenish as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut or bundle items).
