Job summary

Harris Teeter is hiring for a part-time position focused on exceptional customer service and efficient in-store operations. You will assist customers, bag groceries, offer carryout and parcel pickup, and load items for customers’ vehicles while returning carts to designated areas.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to perform physical tasks typical for retail environments. Training and safety protocols are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Willingness to participate in required training and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Bag groceries correctly, provide carryout and parcel pickup service.
• Load merchandise into customer vehicles and return shopping carts to store.
• Stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and operate in a typical store environment.
