Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Kenner, LA team. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed while standing for extended periods. Part-time position with opportunities for teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain security of cash and assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
