Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience preferred across retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful store environment for customers and staff.
• Perform general cleaning duties including bathrooms, floors, and waste management.
• Other duties as assigned.
