Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time associate to join our team. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You will also help unload merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction throughout your shift. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, and areas neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
