Wright’s Dairy Farm & Bakery is seeking a friendly, part-time Customer Service Associate to join our retail team in North Smithfield, RI. You will work at the pastry counter, assist customers, process payments, and maintain displays while following food safety procedures.

The role is part-time, year-round with on-site work, offering $16-$18 per hour plus tips and opportunities to be part of a well-known Rhode Island family-owned business.

• Use the POS system and handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Keep pastry displays full, organized, rotated, and visually appealing.
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls as needed.
• Package products and support register and counter operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
