    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Tech Checklist – Gotta Have It!
  • Experience working with Freshdesk or any similar helpdesk
  • Work-from-home experience
  • A reliable computer and a stable high-speed internet connection to handle calls, emails, and SMS smoothly.
