Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Assist with back-office tasks, B2B and B2C support, including emails, tickets, and order management.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, including color matching for shades.
• Address customer questions, turning concerns into confidence to secure sales.
• Log product concerns and feedback accurately.
• Assist with data entry into QuickBooks as needed.
• Stay updated on current products and beauty trends.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with Shopify and Gorgias.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• A quiet, organized workspace suitable for remote work.
• Confidence in using tools like QuickBooks is a plus.
