Position Details

• Flexible part-time schedules
• Pay: $17.31 per hour + performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding customer inquiries about recent purchases
• Assist with order tracking, status updates, returns, and post-purchase support
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• De-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
• Assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate

Candidate Profile

• Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required; training provided

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a criminal background check
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience
• High-speed internet (download 10 Mbps+, upload 3 Mbps+, ping <175ms), Ethernet connection required
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Private workspace with a secure door
• Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or similar technology (preferred)
• Training: 19 days, full-time, Monday to Friday, 10am–6:30pm CST, starting July 13th
• Availability: At least 40 hours/week, including at least 8 hours on one weekend day; work 16–29 hours/week
• Reside in eligible US regions (see exclusions in original description)
