Job summary

California Closets in Richmond, CA, is seeking a part-time Customer Liaison to assist customers and deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will schedule appointments by phone, email, or in-showroom and greet visitors when needed.

The role emphasizes calendar management, strong communication, and teamwork with the Central Scheduling team, with attention to detail and a friendly service approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in home renovations or luxury brand environment preferred.
• Associate Degree related to business administration / accounting from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred.
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc).

Responsibilities

• Complete appointment scheduling efficiently and accurately for Design Consultants.
• Answer incoming calls and emails to the scheduling office or showrooms and address client needs.
• Coordinate with Central Scheduling and communicate issues with consultation accuracy daily.
• Greet showroom visitors, assist with guestbook, and offer refreshments as needed.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and perform opening/closing duties as directed by leadership.
• Assist with administrative duties including social media support, warranty, trade packages, and other clerical tasks.
• Support Sales Manager with ongoing education and training of Design Consultants with Central Scheduling.
