Job summary

Kith Dallas is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to serve as the in-store concierge, greeting customers and supporting cashiers, operations and visuals. Under the manager on duty, you will adapt to changing needs and strive to deliver best-in-class service from entry to exit.

This on-site role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, with 1+ year in retail and customer service. Compensation starts at $16.00/hr plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Availability: Open & flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ year retail sales experience.
• 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year apparel or luxury goods experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
• Support Client Advisors to ensure genuine service during and after the store experience.
• Process cashier duties, including cash handling, returns and Mobile POS transactions.
• Maintain visually appealing sales floor and uphold brand standards.
• Assist with stockroom organization and store operations as needed.
