Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Worcester, MA location. You’ll help customers with laundry cards, machine selection, retail purchases, and keep a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires friendly communication, ability to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and a commitment to excellent service. Prior retail or customer service is a plus; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Able to assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection and operation.
• Clearly communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash/fold orders.
• Accurately operate the cash register or POS system.
• Keep shelves stocked and notify management when supplies run low.
