Laundromax at S Willow St Manchester, NH 03103 is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and retail purchases. You’ll be the friendly face of the store, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate the cash register or point of sale computer.
• Maintain knowledge of products and suggest additional items.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and report low inventory or janitorial supplies.
• Use log books to report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervision.
• Address customer complaints and inform supervisor of any incidents.
• Follow company policies, attend promptly in a clean uniform, and uphold safety practices.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain a safe store environment.
