Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a retail team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment in Winter Garden, FL. You will engage customers, maintain store standards, and support merchandising and loss-prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities include accurate checkout, merchandise preparation, and participation in store recovery. A flexible schedule and reliable teamwork are required, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a flexible schedule are required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing directions or situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow SOPs.
• Ring up purchases/returns and manage change accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in stock recovery.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
