Stretch Zone in Pooler, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Manager to help guests realize their goals through our membership model. This role focuses on scheduling, billing, and guiding prospects to membership options.

The CEM will greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, process payments, and drive membership sales while delivering outstanding service. Hours are 15-20 per week with Mon-Wed 4-8pm, Sat 8-5, Sun 1-5.

This role requires sales and administrative work and is 15-20 hours per week. We are specifically looking for Mon, Tues, Wed 4pm-8pm, Sat 8am-5pm and Sunday 1-5pm. Customer Experience Manager is paid an hourly rate plus sales commission.

This entails helping existing members with scheduling and billing. Additionally, the CEM will schedule prospects, and offer membership options to suit their specific goals.

Our goal at every Stretch Zone is to provide a pathway to membership for all guests. We do this by providing an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door, which will allow us the opportunity to change lives through the power of practitioner-assisted stretching. And this is where you come in.

How you will accomplish this:

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone as a guest.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Driving member retention by following the daily operation guides, great customer service, and consistent follow-ups
• Promoting the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protecting the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with all members and team members
