Job summary

The JOY FM in Arlington is seeking a Customer Experience Lead for a part-time role. You will help run the Customer Experience team, support daily operations, and engage customers and donors with warmth and service.

You will lead by example, assist in training, help with merchandising and safety, and contribute to a culture that reflects our ministry. If you have retail experience with leadership and a heart for ministry, join us.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of retail and customer service experience.
• Two to three years of management experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the Customer Experience team.
• Drive sales through daily operations and provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Assist in recruitment, training and supervision of Hope's Closet staff and volunteers.
• Lead merchandising to create a dignified environment and maintain store standards.
• Share the gospel with customers and staff, and cast vision for ministry in the store.
