Job summary

Harris Teeter in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs, exceeding expectations, and making every shopping visit pleasant and satisfying.

You will bag groceries, provide carryout and parcel pickup service, load merchandise into customer vehicles, and return shopping carts to the store. Applicants must be at least 16, with strong English communication and the ability to work with a team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Willingness to complete required training and work with the team to increase satisfaction and sales.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding expectations.
• Provide bagging, carryout, and parcel pickup service.
