Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers by meeting their needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping visit. Duties include bagging, carryout, loading merchandise, and cart returns, with emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries using correct procedures and provide carryout and parcel pickup service.
• Load merchandise into customer vehicles and return shopping carts to designated areas.
• Assist customers with needs to enhance satisfaction and sales.
• Stand/walk for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
