Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Three Rivers, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly service at the register and assist customers. You will maintain stock, help unload trucks, and keep the store clean and presentable while following safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock and restock merchandise; unload trucks when needed.
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintain bathrooms; sweep and mop floors.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
