Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Louisiana LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, keep shelves stocked, and ensure Cash security as part of a busy retail environment.

The role requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, walk and stand for long periods, and maintain a clean, safe store. Part-time hours at a Louisiana location are available with employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service across retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
