Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. This is a part-time, on-site position in Davenport, IA, with benefits and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
