Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at the 886 Bert Kouns Industrial Loop location. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering friendly service, taking orders, and upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage time in a fast-paced store while supporting cleanliness, safety, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
