Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and restocking.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
