Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC in Benbrook, Texas is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers at the register, help stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

You will work with a team to ensure a positive atmosphere, strong service, and efficient operations while following store policies and procedures. This role offers opportunities to grow within a large retail network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
