Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You will work with peers to provide excellent service and protect store assets while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience in similar environments highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and other physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills; strong communication and organizational abilities.
