Job summary

You will assist customers with inquiries, educate on self-serve options, and refer more complex needs to specialists

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills and ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the location, delivering high-touch client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to establish trust from the initial engagement.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities and refers to specialists as needed.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
