Job summary

Stafford Michaels is seeking a Part-time Associate to build customer relationships and create framing solutions in-store. You will help customers find products, deliver quality framing orders, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised environment in a busy retail setting.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, capability to operate framing equipment, and retail/customer-service experience. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; execute company policies and standards.
• Deliver framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Participate in the truck unload and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
