Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member for the PITT-MONROEVILLE store to help customers with framing needs and to maintain a clean, organized shopping area. You will deliver personalized service, guide customers to products, and support in-store operations and framing projects.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, handling cash, and contributing to a friendly, safe environment. Prior retail experience is helpful; basic computer use is required, and you may assist with Omni

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised store.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and monetary transactions to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
