Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs; ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers using Elevated ABC Deliver to create custom framing solutions; deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they need; keep store well merchandised and in stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs and participate in truck unloading and stocking processes.
