Job summary

The Day Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–12:00pm. The starting pay range is $18-23 per hour, with final compensation depending on skills, experience, and location. Prior custodial experience is preferred but not required, and candidates who take pride in quality work are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with custodial or facility maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, safe spaces.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong time management to complete tasks on schedule.
• Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of all common areas including lobbies, hallways, offices, and break rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and locker rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Clean conference rooms and Training Center, set up rooms and adjust air walls as needed.
• Complete routine cleaning tasks: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing windows, emptying waste/recycling.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting and touch-ups.
• Assist with snow removal around entrances and walkways.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for consistent upkeep.
• Identify and address cleaning or maintenance needs proactively.
