Job summary

Savannah Convention Center is seeking part-time custodians for routine cleaning and day-to-day facility operations at Savannah, GA. Responsibilities include housekeeping, operating equipment, and maintaining clean public areas as part of a team under the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-focused, and committed to high-quality work in line with the organization’s values. Availability on weekends, holidays, and nights is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional image and high level of customer service.
• Clean floors, glass, mirrors, and surfaces.
• Monitor and clean exit stairwells and service areas.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Maintain and organize storage rooms.
• Notify supervisor when supplies run low.
• Assist with grounds upkeep as needed.
• Supervise part-time custodians when requested.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
