Job summary

HOAMCO is hiring a Part-Time Custodian for the Juniper Ridge Resort community. The role involves routine cleaning across facilities and offices, trash pickup, and maintaining bathrooms and windows to high standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of janitorial experience, a professional demeanor with residents and staff, and the ability to work after-hours and weekends. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred, ideally in a commercial, residential, or community setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills
• Professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and staff
• Ability to complete minor repair tasks when necessary
• Reliable, with strong time management and communication skills
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties across all community facilities and offices
• Pick up trash in and around the community grounds and parking lots
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and sanitary bathrooms
• Clean interior and exterior windows regularly
• Facilitate a wide array of janitorial duties as directed
• Assign and communicate daily service areas to janitorial team members
• Train new associates and review procedures with current associates as needed
• Communicate cleaning supply needs and inventory updates to the supervisor
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for safety and quality
