HOAMCO is hiring a Part-Time Custodian for Juniper Ridge Resort community in Show Low, AZ. The role involves cleaning across facilities, trash pickup, and maintaining sanitary bathrooms and windows. Flexible after-hours and weekend scheduling are required to meet community needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented, professional demeanor. Training will cover safety, procedures, and supply coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties across all community facilities and offices.
• Pick up trash in and around the community grounds and parking lots.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and sanitary bathrooms.
• Clean interior and exterior windows regularly.
• Facilitate a wide array of janitorial duties as directed.
• Assign and communicate daily service areas to janitorial team members.
• Train new associates and review procedures with current associates as needed.
• Communicate cleaning supply needs and inventory updates to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for safety and quality.
