Job summary

Haverford Township School District Elementary in Havertown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Custodian for the after-school shift from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The role cleans a designated area, assists school staff, and participates in snow removal as needed. Immediate start.

Qualifications

• Must be in good physical condition for heavy work, e.g., lifting heavy objects up to 75 lbs., moving gym mats, snow removal, etc.
• Knowledge of and experience in custodial work.
• Ability to operate a variety of custodial equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and maintain good working relationships.

Responsibilities

Rate: $18.30 (status quo pending contract negotiations)

Hours: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
