Cushman & Wakefield in Miami, FL is seeking a part-time Cleaner to perform a full range of custodial duties in our facilities, under supervision of the Custodial Manager. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe surfaces, and restock bathrooms daily to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.

Experience is not required, but reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. The position offers competitive pay and company-supported benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs; spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and high surfaces.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass as needed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily and replace liners.
• Perform periodic high dusting and polishing.
• Other duties as assigned.
