Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.

The role requires 3–6 months of training or experience and may include forklift certification or driver’s license requirements. Bilingual abilities are a plus and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement.
• 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license and safety training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
