Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and basic preservation of assigned areas inside client sites. The role is part-time, mornings, Monday through Friday, with pay at $17 per hour and weekly payroll.

You will follow client specifications to maintain floors, restrooms, common areas, and surfaces, using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent or up to six months janitorial experience; on-the-job training is

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or six months of janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and use proper disposal methods.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
