Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to help create cleaner, healthier environments for our customers' buildings. Travel to multiple locations is required, with a strong work ethic and reliable transportation essential to success.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks, maintain supplies, and uphold safety guidelines while representing the ServiceMaster Clean brand on every site.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Able to read and follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Contribute to the team while in uniform, dependable and on time.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows, and dust.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Must be able to work at different sites.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time
• Reliable transportation is required
