ServiceMaster By Prime is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team in the Dallas area. You will perform cleaning tasks across multiple client locations, ensuring clean, healthy environments and adherence to safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have prior janitorial experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to travel between sites as required. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within the franchise system.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations for work.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows, dust surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and restock as needed.
• Work at different sites as required and ensure high standards of cleanliness.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures

Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Must be able to work at different sites.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching

Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs

Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred

Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time

Reliable transportation is required
