Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a dedicated team member in Fort Worth, TX to help create cleaner and healthier environments for our customers' buildings. You will perform cleaning duties across facilities, using provided products and following established procedures.

The role offers on-the-job training, paid time to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and opportunities for advancement within the franchise system.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Will provide on the job training.
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows, dust surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Be available to work at other sites as needed.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Must be able to work at other sites in needed.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
