Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and residents' preferences while maintaining dignity and quality.

You will follow established policies for the Culinary Services Department, help control costs and portions, and support a caring, resident-centered dining program across Monarch's Minnesota facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in meal preparation and service according to schedule.
• Follow policies and procedures of the Culinary Services Department.
• Promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provide meal service that respects resident choices and preserves dignity.
