Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide for a part-time AM role to support meal preparation and service for residents. You will follow established policies and promote safe, high-quality food service while ensuring meals meet scheduled times and resident preferences with dignity.

Desire to work with geriatric residents and the ability to meet DHS background guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background study per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals for residents.
• Follow policies and procedures of the Culinary Services Department.
• Promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provide meal service that respects resident preferences and preserves personal dignity.
